The LEADER 2023-2027<\/strong> programme promotes the sustainable development<\/strong> of rural areas in the country, addressing economic, social, and environmental challenges. It also serves as an innovative approach within the European Union<\/strong>‘s rural development policy, fostering regional growth and enhancing the autonomy of local communities.<\/p>

The programme’s design and implementation philosophy is centered on supporting the development of local businesses<\/strong> and enhancing public infrastructure<\/strong> and investment to benefit local populations. LEADER encourages active participation from local communities in decision-making and resource management, thereby promoting social cohesion<\/strong> and strengthening local identities<\/strong>.<\/p>
